Terms and conditions

1. KUVALIITERI pictures are subject to copyright of the photographers. All rights not specifically invoiced are reserved. The pictures shall not be altered or manipulated, added to, or have any part deleted without permission of KUVALIITERI.

2. The pictures shall not be on-loaned or otherwise disposed of and no use whatsoever shall be made of them by the Client without permission of KUVALIITERI. The digital copy of the picture have to be destroyed after the use.

3. Reproduction rights are limited to the use, period of time and territory specified on the invoice of KUVALIITERI, for one time reproduction, and in one language only.

4. Full credit to the photographer and KUVALIITERI Photo Library is required (f. ex. Ray Jones / KUVALIITERI). Leaving unpublished the names of the photographer and KUVALIITERI, or the website www.kuvaliiteri.fi, will increase the invoice 30 per cent.

5. Before using the picture for advertisements or for ideological purposes, the Client shall obtain permission of any person/s recognizable in the image. The Client remains responsible for the use of the picture.

6. In the case when the images are not reproduced after ordered high-resolution digital scans are already e-mailed to the Client, the pictures will be charged at a rate 25 EURO.
